Clash of the Titans has always been Ballhockey.com’s flagship weekend, but 2025 raised the bar. Nine elite teams from across North America battled for the $10,000 cash prize, and event newcomers Quebec Octane made their mark immediately -taking the title and bringing the bragging rights back to Quebec.

Off the floor, the weekend became a full-scale ball hockey showcase. Haig Bowl Arena was buzzing from start to finish, with music playing all day, packed energy in the building, and nonstop momentum driven by score updates, highlight videos, and photo coverage. The result? Record-breaking online engagement throughout the weekend, as the ball hockey community followed every goal, every stop, and every swing in the bracket.

Tournament Format

Clash of the Titans 2026 is designed to reward consistency and deliver playoff chaos.

Round Robin

  • 3 guaranteed games per team
  • Games contribute to standings and playoff seeding (5-point system)

Playoffs

  • Single elimination bracket
  • One loss and you’re out—every shift matters

This format keeps the floor competitive from the first whistle to the final: earn your seed, then survive the bracket.

Prize & Competitive Standard

Grand Prize

  • $20,000 CAD to the Tournament Champions
  • Prize pool is based on 14 teams in the tournament

Division Classification

  • Men’s A (Open Restrictions)
  • This is Ballhockey.com’s top-rated men’s division category—built for high-level teams and high-tempo hockey.

Team Eligibility & Roster Rules

To keep the event elite and organized:

  • Roster cap: 22 total rostered members, including goalies
  • Division: Men’s A (Open Restrictions)
  • Teams are expected to roster appropriately for a top-tier men’s event.
