Participant Waivers

All participants must complete a Ballhockey.com Waiver prior to taking part in any league, tournament, camp, or event.

  • Adult participants (18+) must complete their own waiver
  • Participants under 18 must have a waiver completed by a parent or legal guardian
  • Waivers are required once per season, unless otherwise specified.

Participation is not permitted without a completed waiver on file for that season/event.

Code of Conduct & Policies

Ballhockey.com is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for everyone involved in our programs.

All participants, parents/guardians, coaches, and team officials are expected to review and adhere to our policies, including:

Photography & Media Consent

By participating in Ballhockey.com programs, participants may be photographed or recorded for promotional, editorial, or marketing purposes across our website and social media platforms.
