Our summer season for youth ball hockey kicks off this weekend. Under 8, Under 10, Under 12 & Under 17 youth leagues get started this Saturday. Your child’s first practice times, referred to as “Meet the Coach” are all on this coming weekend on Saturday between 9am-4pm at the Ballhockey.com Canal location, 1944 Welland Canals Parkway, St. Catharines. The Under 6 division will begin on Thursday night at 5:30pm at the Canal facility. Rising Stars will kick off Tuesday or Thursday at 5pm, depending on your choice of nights. Rising Stars takes place at Haig Bowl Arena, 17 Beech street, St. Catharines. Just a reminder to all parents that the Meet the Coach doubles as the team’s first practice. Please ensure your child brings all of their equipment, as the team will have a full practice / scrimmage on the rink once they meet their coach for the first time. Coaches will have the team set of jerseys to hand out at the rink. Players will receive their jerseys based on sizing and are not guaranteed their favourite number!
