Food Vendor Opportunity – 2026 Ballhockey.com Events & Tournaments
Ballhockey.com is currently accepting submissions from food vendors interested in operating at our 2026 event and tournament calendar across both Haig Bowl Arena and the Canal Rinks.
We’re looking to partner with a reliable, professional vendor who can enhance the on-site experience for players, families, and spectators. While we welcome vendors who can attend select events, preference will be given to vendors able to support multiple events — ideally the full 2026 calendar.

- Garden City Classic — April 17–19, 2026 (Canal Rinks)
- Adult Shootout — May 2, 2026 (Haig Bowl Arena)
- Royal Showdown — June 5–7, 2026 (Canal Rinks)
- Gateway to Worlds — July 3–5, 2026 (Canal Rinks)
- Youth Event — August 14–16, 2026 (Canal Rinks)
- World Outdoor Ball Hockey Championships — September 11–13, 2026 (Canal Rinks)
- World Outdoor Ball Hockey Championships — October 2–4, 2026 (Canal Rinks)
- Adult Shootout — October 24, 2026 (Haig Bowl Arena)
- Clash of the Titans — November 13–15, 2026 (Haig Bowl Arena)
- Blizzard Battle — November 27–29, 2026 (Haig Bowl Arena)
Partnership & Vendor Fee Model
Ballhockey.com operates on a per-event vendor fee model. Selected vendors pay Ballhockey.com a set fee per event to operate on-site. Since some events are single-day and others run multiple days, vendor fees may adjust based on event duration and size.
Vendors submitting interest will be asked to outline the per-event vendor fee range they are comfortable with, including how their pricing changes between one-day and multi-day events.
Important Note on Exclusivity
Ballhockey.com does not offer food or beverage exclusivity at its events. Please note:
- Ballhockey.com sells drinks and packaged snacks on-site (water, sports drinks, pop, chips, chocolate, candy, etc.)
- An ice cream vendor is present annually at all Canal Rinks events
