This summer, Ballhockey.com is bringing the draft league format to the players who’ve been at it the longest. Introducing the Men’s Over 35 Draft League: a 12-game season plus playoffs, running Tuesday nights starting early August 2026.
Who’s Eligible
Eligibility has been expanded! This league is now open to players who are 33 years of age or older. If you’re 33 or above, you’re welcome to throw your name into the draft pool.
Player Interest Submission form now closes end of day July 29, 2026.
How It Works
Step 1 — Submit Your Interest: Fill out the interest form below to enter the player pool. Submitting the form does notguarantee you’ll be drafted — it registers your interest and adds you to the draft-eligible pool. No payment is required at this stage. Submit by end of day July 29, 2026.
Step 2 — The Draft: Once enough interest is gathered, a draft will take place and teams will be selected from the full player pool. Drafted players will be notified with their team assignment. More info on the draft process will follow.
Step 3 — Pay & Play: If you’re drafted, your registration fee of $160 + tax is due before the first game of the season. Then it’s 12 games of Tuesday night ball hockey, followed by playoffs.

I’m not 35 yet — can I still play?
Yes! Eligibility has been expanded to include players aged 33 and up. If you’re 33 or older, you’re eligible to submit your interest.
Do I pay when I submit my interest?
No. There is no cost to submit the interest form. Payment is only required if you are selected in the draft, and it’s due before the first game of the season.
What if I submit my interest but don’t get drafted?
Submitting the form enters you into the player pool, but it does not guarantee a roster spot. If you aren’t drafted, you owe nothing.
When do I have until to submit my interest?
The player interest submission form now closes end of day July 29, 2026 — the deadline has been extended, so there’s still time to get in.
When exactly does the season start?
The season begins in early August 2026, with games played on Tuesday nights. The exact start date will be confirmed and communicated to all drafted players as we approach the beginning of the season.
How will the draft work?
Draft details will be announced once the player pool is set. Drafted players will have until before the first game to complete their registration payment.
