Our Youth House League is the perfect introduction to the world of hockey – fast, fun, and affordable for all skill levels. Ball hockey requires very little equipment, making it an easy way to get started in the game while developing confidence, coordination, and teamwork skills.
Built for both first-time players and returning athletes, our program focuses on fun, skill development, and game play in a welcoming environment led by a passionate community of coaches. Whether your child is discovering ball hockey for the first time or sharpening their abilities, they’ll find an inclusive and encouraging space to learn, grow, and make lifelong friends along the way.
Each division is structured by combining two to three birth years to ensure balanced competition and promote teamwork, development, and camaraderie.

Divisions, Game Days & Practice Info (Winter 2025)
Each 10-week season includes 12–15 scheduled activities (games and/or practices). Prior to the season start, families receive a detailed team schedule outlining all game and practice dates. Teams are typically assigned two potential gamedays per week, although actual weekly activity may vary—some weeks will feature one session, others will include both.
All divisions conclude with a Youth Playoff Championship Weekend, offering players an exciting double-elimination tournament experience to end the season.

- Coach Eligibility: All coaches must complete a Vulnerable Sector Check. Checks must be dated within the last 12 months.
- Late Registrations: Accepted only based on availability after December 8.
- Team Info: Rosters and schedules will be sent via email by December 11.
- Meet the Coach Day: Includes your child’s first practice and jersey distribution.
