Summer Sports Camp Returns for 2026 at Haig Bowl Arena
Following a highly successful inaugural year, Summer Sports Camp is officially returning for 2026, once again in partnership with Withrow Ball Hockey Academy.
Building on the momentum of last summer, the 2026 edition of the camp will continue to provide a fun, active, and supportive environment for young athletes, with a strong emphasis on skill development, teamwork, and confidence-building through sport. Organizers have also introduced an exciting new enhancement for this year: field trips built directly into each camp week, adding even more variety and memorable experiences for campers.
The camp will be hosted at Haig Bowl Arena, located at 17 Beech Street in St. Catharines, and will run across seven weeks throughout July and August.
2026 Camp Dates
- Week 1: July 6–10
- Week 2: July 13–17
- Week 3: July 20–24
- Week 4: July 27–31
- Week 5: August 10–14
- Week 6: August 17–21
- Week 7: August 24–28
The cost is $275 per week, offering families a full-day, activity-packed summer program!
Sports & Activities
Campers will participate in a wide range of sports and activities, including:
- Ball Hockey
- Soccer
- Pickleball
- Indoor Baseball
- And more
Each day is thoughtfully structured to keep campers engaged and active, blending skill instruction, scrimmages, and creative games across multiple sports.
Daily Schedule
- Drop-Off: 8:30 AM – 9:00 AM
- Pick-Up: 4:00 PM – 4:30 PM
A typical day includes morning warm-up games, two morning sport sessions, a lunch and free-play break, afternoon sport rotations and tournament-style games, followed by a cool-down and daily recap.
